EST brings together strong expertise in contaminant hydrogeology, subsurface contaminant migration and detection, feasibility study, site remediation, and hazardous waste management.

EST personnel have performed many environmental assessments and site characterization studies for industrial, commercial, and government clients. We have extensive experience in Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) procedures used to perform remedial investigation/feasibility studies. EST personnel have prepared EPA project planning documents including Work Plans, Quality Assurance Project Plans, and Sampling and Analysis Plans. EST personnel have performed environmental work for major aerospace, power, and oil companies. For the Navy's Comprehensive Long-Term Environmental Action (CLEAN) Program, EST personnel have performed site investigations involving records review, exploratory drilling, environmental sampling, and data analysis.

EST operates from a corporate office in Irvine, California. Clients located in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties are serviced from the Irvine office. Irvine is centrally located in Southern Orange County, approximately 50 miles from Los Angeles and approximately 75 miles from San Diego.
